Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our pieces, we follow a strict no refund and no exchange policy. We encourage you to read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect or accidental purchases
• Preference or unsuitability after receiving the product
• Minor variation in colour, print, stitching, shades etc are natural and are not considered defects

We urge you to review your order and product details thoroughly before making a purchase.

2. No Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges on any products. Every item undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please refer to the section below.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
• Share a video of the unboxing along with clear photographs highlighting the issue.
• Include your invoice/order number in the message.

Upon review and approval of your case, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the product’s value. This credit note can be redeemed for any future purchase at Modau.

If you prefer a refund over a credit note, the amount will be refunded to your provided account within 10 working days of us receiving the returned product in its original condition.
